Event Space:

The CCC offers the following event space for rental and use by the community:

Community Cafe Area:

This 2000 square foot area is completely carpeted and has a private entrance with access to a fully furnished, outdoor patio area on one end with the full kitchen at the opposite end.  The Community Cafe includes the following amenities:

  • Tiled entry area and coat rack
  • 17 Bistro style tables with black and white table coverings
  • 70 black stacking chairs
  • 35 feet of counter top space with a sink
  • Digital TV, ability to play DVD's and blue ray
  • Restroom access
  • Ability to hook up to audio-visual equipment and speakers
  • Two computer stations with Internet access 
  • Sofa seating area
  • Room dimensions approximately 75' x 22'

This room is ideal for private meeting space or for informal meetings during public hours.  It's also a great place to host receptions, bridal showers, and family gaherings.  

Catering Kitchen:

The kitchen may be rented separately, either for limited use or full kitchen use.  Please inquire for details.  The full kitchen includes the following amenities:

  • Serving window that may be opened or kept closed
  • Large refrigerator facing service window area
  • 50# ice machine
  • Three ovens
  • Two microwaves
  • Island with cook top
  • Two regular size and one commercial dishwasher
  • Separate caterer's entrance
  • Plates and silverware to accommodate the cafe area
  • Coffeemakers, pitchers, warming pans on site and available with full kitchen rental.

Gymnasium:

This full-size, state of the art regulation gym may be set up for basketball or volleyball.  The gymnasium area may be used for sports or the the gym floor can be covered with our black vinyl covering to use for event space.  The following equipment is available on site:

  • 10 round tables with a 60" diameter - comfortably seats 8 people each
  • 6- eight foot oblong tables
  • 65 black stacking chairs (in addition to cafe chairs above)
  • The gymnasium will accommodate a single row of chairs around the perimeter to allow seating for approximately 100 spectators.
  • Elevated Press Box
  • Full audio-visual equipment and 12- ft. drop down screen on opposite wall.
  • Remote window shades to darken the area in the daytime.
  • Light bars currently installed-- ability to rent stage and spot lights
  • Parquet dance floor available for rent. (Required for dancing).

For larger groups, additional fees may aply for the addition of tables and chairs to accommodate up to 280 seated in the gymnasium area.  All tables and chairs on site are already included in rental fees for each area.

Upstairs Meeting Area

Private entrance from the upper level, cherry paneled room measuring approximately     x      . Holds up to 100 people based on configuration of furniture.  Adjacent to coffee bar and counter space.  This area overlooks the gymnasium below.  Ideal for receptions, bridal showers, large meetings.  May be set up for conference, reception or auditorium style seating.

Conference Room

This private ___ xx ____ size conference room has two large windows, a conference table and chairs.  Capacity is 12 persons.   Access to the coffee bar immediately outside.  It may be rented for a two hour minimum or up to 24-hours..  the reservation deposit for this space is only $50.00 and rentals start as low as ____per hour.

AV Equipment

Sound may be projected throughout the facility; video projection is available in the gymnasium with our technician on-site.  The equipment is VGA compatible.  Please bring your laptop to play DVD's, CD's or Powerpoint.  The building will have wireless in the near future and we will be able to project websites live should your meeting require it.

Exterior:

Parking for 150 plus cars on the lower level, with entrance to the Gymnasium and Cafe area.  Patio area on the East side of the facility is fully furnished.  the patio area opens to additional parking with access to the building through the Patio doorway.
