Explanation of Rates 

 

Since this is a community center, there are a number of "CCC sponsored" events and programs that will be open to the public either free or with a nominal fee for participation.   Events or reserved building usage that are initiated by outside organizations, individuals, and businesses will be fee-based.  This facility will depend on donations, usage fees, and some program fees to operate, as it has NO tax base.

Rates decrease for rentals of 8-12 consecutive hours, and for rentals of 13-24  consecutive hours.

 

Please inquire about weekly, monthly, or other frequent use of the facility.  Discounts may be available for frequent users.

 

A deposit of $200-$300 is required for each event.  when wine and/or beer is served, the deposit increases to $300-$400 per event.

 

Additional fees apply for the following:

  • Uniformed security staff (when alcohol is served)
  • Facility approved bartenders
  • Post-event cleaning service
  • Sound and video equipment hookups
  • AV Operator
  • Storage of renter's equipment before and after events
  • Dance Floor or other rental equipment
  • Additional matching tables and chairs (beyond those on site that are discribed on this website.
