With versatile space, a caterer’s kitchen, an outdoor patio, and ample parking, the new Community Christian Center is an ideal location for a wedding reception or parties small to large.
 
Features:
·    Ability to reserve the space for a few hours or for 24-hour periods of time
·    Space for socials, cocktails, or formal dinners
·    Café seating for up to 80 people; gymnasium space set up for a formal dinner with round tables seating up to 400, and upstairs space ideal for a small ceremony or a reception for up to 100 or seated table space for 50.
·    Separate entrances to each space
·    Full kitchen for your caterer on the lower level.
·    Large furnished patio area for guests overflow or outdoor entertaining adjacent to the cafe, lower level.
·    Complete audio-visual equipment on site.
·    Parquet dance floor available for rental
·    Ability to book large events up to 12 months in advance
   We completely set up your space to your specifications, all you do is decorate!

Examples of Wedding Rental Packages:

  • *      12 Hour Rental for a sit-down dinner reception for 300 people
Noon- Midnight, Saturday evenings --Time for you to set up, hold the event, and exit the building prior to our 1 am
closing time.
Includes: 
·    Use of the  café, gymnasium for banquet seating, full kitchen for your caterer (caterer subject to approval), use of the patio area, parking for 150 plus cars.
·    Beer/wine may be served using caterer bartenders.
·    Use of Audio/Visual equipment; large projection screen, sound throughout the building.
·    A/V Operator on site for 4 hours.
·    Gymnasium pre-set to your specifications with matching tables and chairs
·    Security service—6 hours while guests are on site. (required when alcohol is served)
·    Post event cleaning
·    Additional tables and chairs (beyond what is currently on site) to accommodate 300 seated in the gymnasium area for dinner.
 
Deposit:  $300      due within 10 days of signing contract, refundable.
Fees:       $1100   due 5 working days prior to your event.  (space rental, equipment, staffing)
 
 
  • *      6- Hour Rental of the café area with space for up to 80 guests for an appetizers & cocktails, cake and punch, or a small buffet reception.
Includes:
·    Use of café with seating for 80, fully furnished patio, limited kitchen. (Caterer prepares all food off-site and serves only.)
·     Ample adjacent parking
·    Beer/wine may be served—using facility provided bartenders
·    Use of audio speakers for sound and music
·    Security on site for 4 hours (required when alcohol is served)
·    Post event cleaning
·    Use of additional 8-ft tables on site for cake, gifts etc.
 
Deposit:  $300, due within 10 days of signing agreement, refundable
Fees:       $375, due 5 working days prior to your event.
