If you want to improve your health, feel stronger and reduce stress, you'll want to participate.

This is a 1-week program designed to benefit anyone who is not currently strength training.  You'll have fun learning easy, safe and effective exercises to increase strength and improve flexibility and balance.

When:  Monday and Wednesday mornings  9 am - 10 am beginning September 13 thru November 17

Where:  The CCC Gymnasium in Wellington

Program Fee:  $25.00 per individual or $40 for two from the sdame household.  No equipment is required, it will be provided.
