- Cherry-paneled, carpeted reception or ceremony space for 50-100 guests
- Banquet space set up for a formal dinner with round tables seating up to 400 guests
- Full kitchen for your caterer
- Full-size gymnasium available for sports rentals
- Large furnished patio area for guests overflow or outdoor entertaining
- Ample parking area adjacent to the building
- Separate entrances to each rental space

Explanation of Rates
Since this is a community center, there are a number of "CCC Sponsored" events and programs that are open to the public either free or with a nominal fee for participation. Events or reserved building usages that are initiated by outside organizations, individuals, and businesses will be fee-based. This facility depends on donations, usage fees, and some program fees to operate, as it has NO tax base.
Additional fees apply for supplemental tables and chairs, after-event cleaning if the rental party does not wish to do so, bartender and security services when alcohol is served, etc. see below.
Rates decrease for rentals of 8-12 consecutive hours, and for rentals of 13-24 consecutive hours.

Please inquire about weekly, monthly, or other frequent use of the facility. Discounts may be available for frequent users.
Additional fees apply for the following:
- Uniformed security staff (when alcohol is served)
- Facility approved bartender
- Post-event cleaning service
- Sound and video equipment hookups and operator
- Storage of renter's equipment before and after events
- Dance floor or other rental equipment
- Additional matching tables and chairs
